Our mirrors are available for delivery across Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire only.   Please choose your required finish from our list of mirror types. If you wish to see a sample prior to ordering, samples can be requested here. All of our mirrors have polished edges as standard, with options to add a bevelled edge, drill holes and safety backing.

Your mirror will be delivered 7-10 working days from order.

Max dimensions are 3200mm x 2200mm apart from Venetian Antique which is 2400mm x 1200mm

If you wish to see a sample of the mirror prior to order, these can be sent out via post. Our Standard Silver Mirrors are available in 4mm and 6mm thicknesses. Bronze Tinted Mirror, Grey Tinted Mirror, Replica Antique Mirror and Venetian Antique Mirror are available in 6mm thickness only.  Mirrors can be fixed in place by either mirror adhesive or mirror screws. If choosing to use mirror adhesive, it is recommended to use our adhesive as the incorrect adhesive can react with the mirror. If choosing to fix your mirror in place using screw fixings, please add the number of holes required to your order, for which screw fixings will automatically be included.




Technical Specification

Drill Holes

Please select how many holes are required. All holes will be drilled 50mm from edges. Where more than 4 holes are required, please send a separate email to detailing where the holes are required. Please state your name and order number within the email.

Safety Backing

Safety backing is a clear adhesive backing which is applied to the back of the mirror and is to be left in place when installing. In the event of breakage, the safety backing will hold the mirror together and prevent it from falling apart.

Mirror Adhesive

Mirror adhesive is a fast-curing adhesive which can be used to secure mirrors to many vertical non-porous surfaces, such as painted plaster or wood, ceramic tiles and glass, without the use of mechanical fixings. Sold in a 310ml cartridge.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery & Carriage Charges

Goods will be dispatched from our warehouse within 15 working days and any estimated dispatch date is an estimate, which can change without notice. Dispatch may be delayed in accordance with point 4.11.

Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.

We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. You must be at home to accept delivery of your order, which is between 7:30am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday.

Some of our products are relatively weighty items and you will be required to assist the driver in offloading your order.

Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility.

If there is no one to accept the order on the scheduled delivery date the goods may be returned to the factory and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.

If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges for redirecting your delivery. This may delay your delivery.

Please check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves within 24 hours of delivery of the items.

If the goods are lost or damaged please report this to us within 24 hours from the delivery day.

Deliveries are made to a ground floor entrance only and on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods.

Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We are not responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.

Time is not the essence of the contract unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by a Director of the Company.

Cancellation, Refunds and Returns

All products are bespoke and made to order, therefore any costs which may have been incurred at the point of cancellation will be deducted from the refunded amount.

If items have been produced correctly to your order and are within our manufacturing tolerances, items cannot be returned for a refund, as they have been made specifically to your requirements.

By placing an order with us you are entering into a contract between you, the customer, and UA Glass Ltd. This contract does not entitle you to a 7 day cooling off period.

If the goods appear to be defective, we will advise whether they should be returned, in which case, we will advise how to pack them ready for collection. Upon inspection of the goods, a decision will be made as to whether the goods are unfit for purpose. If it was deemed that the goods were defective a refund will be made, including carriage costs, or a free of charge replacement will be offered. In the instance of a free of charge replacement being manufactured, the standard lead time must be accepted.

Once the goods have been removed from their packaging we do not accept liability for damage, such as scratches or chipped edges. If, upon delivery, the packaging appears damaged, please take photos of the affected area and email with any description to

Any defect/damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Beyond this time we do not take responsibility for any damaged items, where reasonable opportunity has been given for the damage to occur during handling or storage in this period.

We will not be held liable for fitters fees or any other professional trades persons fees due to late, damaged or lost deliveries.
